Welcome To Hoosier MMA

Hoosier MMA was the result of a dream Coach Josh Clark carried for over 10 years. For years, he knew he wanted to build something bigger than just a gym, but he wasn’t sure where or how it would all come together. That changed before moving back from Las Vegas, when he felt God clearly calling him to build it — and they would come. From that moment on, Josh stayed obedient, and Hoosier MMA came together naturally and organically.

Since opening, Coach Josh has built a team of dedicated coaches who are committed to changing lives through martial arts. What started as a vision has grown into a place where kids, teens, and adults can build confidence, discipline, and strength — both physically and mentally.

At Hoosier MMA, we believe martial arts is about more than fighting — it’s about becoming a better version of yourself. Through hard work, dedication, and consistent training, we help our students grow into stronger, more disciplined, and more confident individuals both inside and outside the gym.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to take your skills to the next level, you’ll find a family here that pushes you, supports you, and refuses to let you stay the same.

Coach Meagan has become one of the kids’ favorite coaches at Hoosier MMA! Meagan has been with us from the beginning. She brings great energy, patience, and positivity every class. She is hard-working mom of four and heavily involved in the community, we’re blessed to have her on our team.

Coach Jaydon wrestled in high school and is part of the Hoosier MMA Jiu-Jitsu team. The kids love him they have fun and he pushes them to work hard. We are blessed to have him as a instructor. He has good energy and is a good grappler, and he is good for the kids.

Coach Kaiden is part of the Hoosier MMA Jiu-Jitsu team and is the 2026 Fuji Indiana State No Gi Champion. We are lucky to have him helping with the kids. Kaiden has a bright future in the sport. The kids are lucky to have him on the mats.

Josh began his career in Kentucky and then after making The Ultimate Fighter 19 TV show. Josh later moved to Las Vegas to get better and continue his career as a mixed martial artist. Josh spent one year training at Syndicate MMA under John Woods before transitioning to Xtreme Couture, where he trained for the next nine years. During his time there, he was training partners with some of the best fighters in the world, including Sean Strickland, Francis Ngannou, Roy Nelson, Uriah Hall, and many other good fighters. Josh brings a high level of experience, energy, and leadership into every session, which is what students and athletes value most about his coaching.
